Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for all new retail merchandise, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@shopcuratedinteriors.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@shopcuratedinteriors.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to our vintage products' nature, all sales of vintage product are subject to a 7 day return window, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please inspect vintage products thoroughly before purchase. If you have any questions pertaining to a certain vintage items, please contact us at info@shopcuratedinteriors.com to inquire after additional information and photos. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Our job is to send you home with finds you love! Exchanges are always encouraged for items being considered for returns. If you'd like to exchange your return item for another product, let our team know by emailing us at info@shopcuratedinteriors.com and we would love to facilitate your exchange!


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If your approved refund does not present to your account within 3-5 business days, please contact us at info@shopcuratedinteriors.com and we'll work to find a solution!
